They gave a free waist trainer for New Years. A few days before we had visited and i really  hope its NOT the one they wanted to sale us. her way  wanted to handle it by  waiting a day ... so they could go back and wash it (it had blood on it) not alot but enough. [The trainer was biege and there was blood on the outside and inside from the worker cutting her finger while helping to put it on my sister.  We said no ty we will wait. As we walked out the owner mad doged us. Like it wasn't our fault. My first impression not a good one. Then i see a post of free giveaway and wrote the same comment but she deleted it.... Just a heads up public... thats crazyy.

The staff is friendly, yes, but knowledgeable is a hit or miss. The corsets are plastic boned, even the ones that aren't 'lingerie', and the buyers are not informed of such so if you're sending someone in for you...don't. They have a no return policy even on still tagged, bagged items with receipts. If you're looking for a corset, look elsewhere. Fashion corsets, sure, but I guarantee you that there's better ones for cheaper than $100 elsewhere.

My very first experience at Pure was great, The style of clothing is something that you can wear out for the night or just on a casual day. This small shop has a lot of character and even serves complimentary wine. I enjoyed it so much that I am now apart of the Pure Team & so thankful that I am!!
