I've been dealing with Pure for a couple years now and I've always had good service.

Recently, I urgently needed some help and they were fantastic! 

I was out of town on an extended trip and I forgot a medication and they made all the arrangements with the courier company to send it. This doesn't even begin to explain the amount of work that they did on my behalf to set-up, arrange and pay for the shipment. 

On top of that, they spent a lot of time sending and re-sending information for the FDA so my prescription could clear customs. 

Kristy and her staff went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate how much they did and all of their efforts!

Thank you again for such excellent service!

Pharmacy and clinic in one building.  Friendly efficient staff. I had no problem with the friendly service.  Essentials oils kept in stock.

I have ordered prescriptions from this location for the past two years and have experienced major issues with organization, accuracy and delivery.  My prescription was shorted, shipped when I wanted it picked up and the final straw - it took over a week to fill a 'rush' order which the representative stated would be posted within 24 hours.  Instead of receiving it within four business days it will take 12.  Very disappointing for a company that is supposed to hand make your prescriptions - it begs the question how accurate they actually are.  The only thing I have ever received with consistency is "I'm Sorry".  My advice if you have to use Pure - utilize a different location and keep your fingers crossed for better luck than I have had.

I'm happy to say I've had very good service from them, including mailing a Rx to a 2nd location.Had correct dosage, and brands, never an error.

I have had problems with this location, I called and did my order for a refill over the phone and he was so fast with me I thought he probably screwed up, and he did! he didn't even do the order, I drive all the way from Burnaby and it wasn't even made so I had to come back, so then I came back two days later they gave me the wrong prescription and called my cell phone as I drove home and had to go back. What a nightmare and apparently it's the owner who's is the one taking your order and screwing up. So try a different location if u can cause this place blows.
