Chris was amazing! I have never tasted such clean water since we have had this well for 12 years.  The old water system that was put in when the well was dug had failed and needed to be replaced and the company that put it in had retired.  Pure Water NW was suggested to us and Chris came and explained everything to us about the water system, something that hadn't be done before, tested our water and made suggestions.  We are so happy we went with his suggestion!  Our water does not cause mineral build up or water stains in our house anymore!  Thank you Chris!
