Best coffee I've found around Brickell or downtown Miami. Also one of the more reasonably priced places I've found. Good vibe too, feels like creative space with no pretention, which is hard to find around Brickell 2 tables outside on the street. Plenty of inside seating.
I tried the tuna salad and It was very tasty. I don’t recommend coming here if you want to talk and laugh with your friends because the atmosphere is very quiet and there are a lot of people studying/working. So perhaps it’s better for the later.
I enjoyed my latte which was made with an autumn spice syrup. If you like your coffee strong you will enjoy this place!
I ordered two different types of coffee and they were served pretty much the same, a place like this should know proportions and sizes. The cakes taste very floury and a bit bland. I was looking for coffee shops with good scores but unfortunately the experience was not the best. A very regular coffee, the place a bit old and simple. the only good thing is that they open late.
Amazing service. The manager opened the door and let me park my bike inside. The place is really nice, crazy how nice places are empty. The coffee is really solid. Dog friendly. Comfortable seating arrangement, fast internet. I like my avocado toast, it was good. Will def visit sometime soon
Wonderful coffee spot with a great service team. Always clean, team always helpful, and fantastic to engage with. Why I am writing this review is to communicate the inconsistency in the Bourbon Pecan coffee brewed-hot, iced, and roasted bean. I, like many patrons come for what was once the amazing Bourbon Pecan coffee. Since the business was transitioned to the son, there was a change in the sourcing of this bean and/or roasting partner which has led to a the product being terrible to consume. It is no longer a good cup of coffee. This information was shared several times with management over the past several months to no avail. In addition, I have I have been a long time customer purchasing the beans, hot coffee, and ice coffee but will no longer do so regularly. This review should only apply to the customers that enjoy the Bourbon Pecan Coffee. To all readers, even though I miss the bourbon pecan I will in most likelihood visit the coffee shop from time to time because of the atmosphere and the great staff.
I came to do some work, n it was great. Their drinks are delicious, the waffles are delicious the chia pudding was great. There was a slight issue but they handled it with so much grace. Thankful for coming across this cafe!
Wow....this might me one of the very few times I start my review with that word. By now you would know I'm a coffee drinker and I appreciate a good cup of what I call fuel especially in the morning. Always looking for new coffee shops but sometimes when you're not looking that's when you find these places. As usual I happened to be close to this establishment, City Centre to be specific and needed my morning fuel and this place had a good rating on Yelp so I said why not. People this is the best cup of pure coffee l've ever had in my life. There is a story behind the roasting process and how the owners of the shop met and started this journey because the young lady told me it but honestly I don't want to make up facts and I was so excited about the coffee I missed a lot of key points of the story but basically the husband was blown away with the roasting process done in the mountains of Venezuela and being an engineer and all, he decided to do the same here, at this place. They take longer than usual when roasting the beans and that makes it less acidic, 70% less and therefore more enjoyable as supposed to the regular Cuban coffee perhaps. I ordered the Greca which is basically like a colada and it comes in the metal coffee maker that most Cubans use in their household, sure you've seen it in coffee shops, with a side of milk and a cup all placed on top of a wood board. Needless to say, the presentation alone is beautiful if you're a true coffee drinker. The Greca could be for two people, I drank it all by myself, or the one for four people, and the coffee really is amazing and way less acidic than any other coffee I've even tasted. The side of milk had that foam we love so much when ordering a Cuban colada so that was like a bonus for me. They seem to have delicious breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches as well like the Avocado toast but I came here for coffee today. Staff is super friendly and attentive, you even get the story before placing your order and they ask you about the coffee as soon as you take a sip of it. This joint has become my favorite coffee place and that's a lot to say since l've never had a "favorite" coffee shop up until this day.
Super cool place to sit and enjoy coffee or breakfast. The coffee was a bit burnt for a cappuccino but the froth was still great. Chocolate marble cake was also very nice and overall it wasn’t terribly expensive like most other specialty coffee places in Miami.Recommended dishes
