I would give six stars if I could. Nigel was so quick to come to the property and provide an estimate it made my head spin. He is super helpful and professional in all areas. He does exactly what he says he will do at the exact time that he says he will do it. How many contractors have that kind of reputation? The quality of work was out of this world. He and his team cleaned up a sewage leak that affected a large basement. Not only was the work quick, but you could eat off the floor after they were finished. A++

Amazing. Nigel and his team came in to my rental property and handled a mold remediation issue in the basement that had been there for many years. Board of Health signed off on the job and isn't that exactly what you want?. No way would your average homeowner have been able to do that on their own. Do not hesitate to use Nigel and his team when you need to get the job done right. Can't thank you enough.

Nigel responded quickly and did a wonderful job cleaning up the flood in our basement. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. The amount he charged was very reasonable. I highly recommend PuroClean for any cleanup needs!

Mass Save come out to inspect a rental property I manage and they found MOLD. I called PuroClean of Auburn on their recommendation. Nigel was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The knee wall and attic where he the mold once was, looked AMAZING when he was done with the job. I wish that I had called PuroClean on other properties that I had issues with prior. I have learned my lesson now and will not call anyone else. Thank you Nigel!

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with PuroClean. Nigel and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, clean and quick! I would recommend them over and over, they truly did an exceptional job at a very affordable price.
