Hot bartender, live music, good atmosphere, all around a good club to attend

A good neighborhood bar with a great DJ. A positive energy and a friendly atmosphere are a definite plus. Drink specials that people actually order regularly and the 50¢ pool table make for a social group of people.

Used to go to the Purple Pig when we were in Alamosa on our days off from the lodge. It was always quiet during the week nights, usually just a few locals and people like us who worked seasonal jobs in the area. Great place to play pool and drink beer. It's  on main street so it's walking distance to a couple of motels and restaurants.

Great place, quiet but good service. Good selection of drinks but needs vermouth for martinis.
