I came in about a little over a week ago to get a mani pedi, one color, no fake nails. They showed me the menu for the prices and I pointed to the basic/cheapest ones for the gel mani pedi and they over charged me, they were rude and she did a very poor job on my nails and missed a few areas & she wouldn’t even fix them after I asked nicely. And so now my nails are completely chipping, peeling off, not only on the edges of my nails but even near my cuticles. I do not recommend this place

I am a returning customer.  I get mine and my daughters' nails done here on a regular basis.  Normally I get good customer service at this salon. Today was not one of those days.  Today the lady I had kept hurting me and telling me I'm too sensitive. I asked her to be more careful because it hurt. Then she and the other girls were laughing and speaking in their language.  I'm not sure what they were saying but clearly they were talking about me.  Two other customers came in and one of the ladies made a comment.  The other two women looked at the customer and laughed.  They continued to speak in their language the entire time and never spoke to me again except to tell me the price.   
I have spent lots of money at this salon and recommended it to others.  Clearly, my loyalty and money should be given elsewhere.

They don't honor nail priced on the menu,  they rip you off when it's time to pay and they argue with you and give you bad attitude.   Very RUDE , I took my daughter in for a pedi cure,  and nails they overcharged me for nail polish when she asked for regular, they supposedly used gel!  I asked to change color before they painted her nails,  lady refused n said it was too late.   Wth!  Never again n I'm posting all reviews so everyone they are terrible.

I recommend 100% all the ladies are great  and sure know what their doing. My nails last three weeks when they never do in other places, they also take their time to pamper you not rushing to help the next person.  Thanks Mimi and ladies
