Came here about a year ago to get my oil pan changed. All was good took it to a few different places for oil change and they told me the threads on my oil pan we're working out already because of the wrong drain plug put in it. Brought the car back to Purrfect auto, explained what happened with Sam the owner, he assured me it was taken care of correctly the first time and probably an error on  Valvoline side. Re threaded the pan and put the correct oil plug in at no cost when pep boys wanted 117 for the  rethreading it. Thanks Sam and Purrfect auto!

Came here to get my car serviced. Everybody here at Purrfect is great! They are very honest about what needs to be done and their prices are unbeatable. Highly recommended.

I came for an oil change and it was done in less than the estimated time.
 They are always very friendly and make helpful suggestions as to what service needs to be done.
 I am very happy with the maintenance performed on my vehicle and I will definitely be returning again.

If i had the option to give this zero stars I would! My experience: took the car in on a Tuesday to get the “shaking” of my car “fixed” the car was not ok but drivable would shake every other day but just to ease my mind I was red to get it fixed .... Long story short he gave it back to me cam back WORSE he said he fixed “this” and “that” and it’s good... drove it home was WAYYY worse, spoke to Sam he kept saying bring it back my car was in there a whole week and I got it back my car is worse than It has ever been it shakes from the moment turning on the car to turning it off and it has never did that ever !!!!! and Sam kept telling me he needed time to fix I had already called off of work twice to and the car was theyre 8-10hrs each day at this point they just seem CLUELESS on what was wrong with the car they ruined it MORE! So I just became fed up and frustrated ! .... so I took further action to calling customer service and they were no help! I don’t recommend going here it’s just headaches in my experience !!! I really regret coming here they completely  ruined my car. Now I’m stuck with a car I can hardly drive who knows what they did to it and customer service that won’t help me out. Sam was nice guy was willing to do anything which is great but I told him to be honest from the start if he was able to fix it, don’t get me wrong if you get Sam to work on your car he looks like he knows what he is doing but I’m not sure about the others. But in my car it was just frustrating .

I've been coming here for a while now for Oil change, breaks and mechanical issues for both my cars. Sam have been a very helpful guy. He recommended the right things to be done. He listened and advised me to do what is important first.
