Story

We are an American Baptist Church lead by Pastor Gil Bourquin.

In July and August service begins at 10:00am and Sunday School and Choir are on break.

Our Regular Weekly Schedule:

Sunday School 9:45am
Will Child, S.S. Superintendent, Bill Gibson, S.S.Teacher, Pete Clark, S.S.Teacher, Carolyn Child, S.S.Teacher

Sunday 10:00 am Adult Bible Study, Mrs. Christina Bourquin &
Sunday 10:00 am Choir Rehearsal

Sunday Worship Service 11:00am Sept.-June

Sunday Worship Service 10:00am July-August

Communion Service is the 1st Sunday of the month

Russian Worship Service 5:00pm

During Sunday Worship care for young children is provided by Ronnie Heimall and Carolyn Child, our nursery coordinator and attendant.

Monday 5:00pm Young Kids Youth Group meets

Thursday Pastor Gil's Office Hours, most of the day

Thursday 7:00pm Bible Study, Power Plant Prayer Meeting & Hymn Sing

Friday 6:00pm Youth Group meets

Mission

The purpose of the Putnam Baptist Church is to be a community of Christian Believers able to demonstrate, by the power of the Holy Spirit, the reality of the risen Christ. We aim to be:
a voice for the unbeliever to believe in Christ;
a hand for the hurting
to be comforted and healed by Christ;
a body for worship and works of service
in the name of Christ;
a family for the growth of God's people
to be more and more like Christ.
