CoveCare Center (formerly Putnam Family & Community Services) provides mental health, substance use and family support services to people in the Lower Hudson Valley. Our mission is to partner with individuals, families and the community to foster hope, wellness and recovery, and to restore quality of life by addressing mental health needs, substance use, and social and emotional issues.

I've been going to PROS for over 3 years. At first I didn't want to go but I was mandated by DSS to go to Putnam Family And Community Services. Once there I was told I needed to go more than once a month and I was switched to PROS. I was not happy but I went. Slowly but surely I started to buy into what they were telling me. Looking back now I would not be where I am and doing what I'm doing if it wasn't for the staff at PROS. going there saved my life!! I found meaning and a purpose. I now work in the mental health field. Yes I did and continue to do the work but the amazing staff there showed me the way!! They have given me everything I needed plus.

Had an interview and I thought it went well. Didn't hear back from them after they told me I would hear back. The lady I interviewed with was nice but when I reached out to her she was very rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. I hope they didn't fill the position - BAD KARMA

As far as a government funded facility goes, this is not bad. Helpful people.
