One of the best pharmacies I've ever used, this small little apothacary type pharmacy inside a medical building in Webster is adorable. It carries just the right amount of just about anything you would need. You get free coffee (and it's good coffee too) while you wait, in a small waiting area with television and comfortable seating. 

The staff are super friendly and professional. They offer free delivery to your home usually within a couple of hours of turning in your prescription.

The young lady I believe who was the manager on duty the day I came in last week was over the top helpful and the staff went out of their way to gete a prescription of mine renewed when they didn't have to do that. They physically went to the doctor's office for me to request the renewal and they succeeded in getting it for me!

I've used them for this compounding cream now for over a year and 1/2 and they are just on the ball. They are also one of the few pharmacies that actually can DO compounding.

Their prices are similar to Kroger or Walgreens, and they take Medicare and most insurances.

I just can't recommend them enough if you need a new good pharmacy with a pharmacist that will take the time to check drug interactions and really talk to you about your meds, and that has a great staff who treat you well when you come in.

Simply can't say enough good about them, and I"m one of those people who it's difficult to get a 5-star review from. But Pyramids deserves it.

The staff is very efficient and professional. My prescriptionson have always been processed the same day and shipped the next day. I've used other specialty pharmacies and this one is the best!

DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS.  MY DOC CALLED IN A SCRIP FOR SIMPLE CREAM 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NOT READY.  I HAVE LEFT THEM 3 MESSAGES AND THEY DONT RETURN CALLS.  WHEN CORNERED, THEY REPLIED "I'M SORRY".  THAT DOESNT CUT IT.  THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PITTS.  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.  YOU DONT NEED THE AGGRIVATION AND FRUSTRATION.
