DO NOT GO IF YOU'RE 25 AND UNDER!!!  This place is for an older crowd. Go to the Cabin because the q lounge environment sucked. Also there's a cover charge of $15 for girls and guys!? The hip hop side smelled like poop and the Latin side had people stepping on your feet. I couldn't stay for more than an hour.. I wish I could get my cover charge money back. Another thing that was an annoyance was the cash only cover charge and if you look 24 or under they make you sign in?? With phone number. Eveything was wrong but we tried our best to have fun..

I’ve been here twice, not planning on going thrice. The first time was great! Awesome music, great atmosphere and ok drinks. Drinks seem to be watered down, I don’t know why that tends to be a problem in the U.S. I had ordered a shot of Don Julio & it seemed like I was having Jimador. Anyways, the first time I went, I was able to pay my entrance using my debit card. Mind you, COVER IS $15!!! The second time I went, I had to withdraw money from an ATM that charged a $3.50 fee (FYI the ATM fee would go towards Q-Lounge property). So this was definitely a red flag for me. On the other hand, you are able to pay for drinks using a card without having to take out money from the ATM. It doesn’t make sense that you have to take money out an ATM because you cannot pay your entrance with a card but can pay using a card for drinks. Tacos were great, taco guy is the only reason I’m even giving this place a one star, those are authentic Mexican tacos, not what you order from Filibertos 🤮🤢

VERY racist place. Was discriminated against, they said it was my cloths. I had on all black, Slacks shoes and shirt. Very clean... This place had a very rude service. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. DON'T GO!  If I could give negative "stars" I would.

Horrible experience, we're never going back.
*First of all it's in the middle of a very unsecured neighborhood.
*They recently lost a lot of costumers because they started charging 15 to get in when before they only charged 10. 
*Bartenders don't know how to make the drinks, they either make them too sweet or with no alcohol at all.
*Waitresses are rude and fugly, they have no manners.
We've gone 2 weekends in a row and the place is half empty, either Friday or Saturday, and since they're so desperate to get the place packed they're letting anyone in and I mean ANYONE even guys wearing hats and regular t shirts they probably bought from waltmart.
*Very Unsecured, one time I almost got jumped by some cholos that shouldn't be allowed to even be in there for not following the dress code.
The wannabe security/bouncers are so rude, especially the big fatty one that thinks he owns the place.

I have been coming here for years and never had a problem....Went on Friday night and they wouldn't let my bf in even though we were just there 2 weeks prior...they said his id didn't look like him (in his id pic he had a shaved head but he let his hair grow out, not long or anything ) we were trying to celebrate his birthday but security was giving us a hard time... they were rude! Rude to the point that we're never going back ...we have had reservations for his birthday dinner the next night! They even scanned his id and found him from when we went 2 weeks prior but still nothing! We loved this place but just this bad experience we'll never go again!
