Im married to one... you want to know EVERYTHING about Q3... ask me. They employ felons and trash. Dealers and addicts. They allow felony domestic violence to go blatantly ignored and told me to go away actually. They never have permits. They abuse the contracts. Yeah... bunch of winners Even after reporting FACTUAL knowledge of drug use, with email and text proof, rhey send them out of the streets driving those huge trucks on the road.

I was harassed on the road by one of the drivers. I had plenty of room to change lanes, turned on my signal, got over, and waved a thanks. The driver honked his horn and I was surprised to see he was mad and flipping me off. As I got in the left turning lane he was flipping me off, yelling obscenities, and rapidly accelerating. If one of your drivers has such. an anger issue he should not be behind the wheel. I called to report this to the Denver office and the man told me that there are too many trucks out for him to know or track with GPS who it was, even though it just happened and I was giving him cross streets. He said he was unable to help me because I did not get a truck number. When he started to raise his voice I hung up and left a message on the corporate line. When trying to call this company I phoned a different PSC company and he said that he gets complaint calls all the time for them.

Don't bother working here unless you enjoy being screwed out of hours and money. Management doesn't care about the union contracts that you and they both signed.

Most of these positive and happy go-lucky reviews are probably employees. They cost Xcel millions, and I literally mean millions, of dollars for negligence. Their procedures for move outs (moving a gas meter from inside to outside of a residence) made them and their contractors go almost a full 12 months without funding because they f**k up so bad. They aren't customer service so their rude demeanor is unfortunate but not necessarily unacceptable. What IS unacceptable is every single bit of management with in the company. Blowing up a welder or a new employee. Endangering sub contractor because of shity management. The detailed reviews are what people should pay attention to. This isn't McDonald's people, don't looks at the 3.6 because it's flooded with encouraged employee review. It'd be a 2 AT BEST with honest and unbiased reviews. Hopefully Xcel doesn't renew their contract because its unfortunate to lose millions due to criminal negligence or any other negligence which Q3 has obviously shown.
