Don't listen to people who only give 1 star, they just like to complain. We LOVE QCA Pools and Spas and they have treated us like A+ customers from the beginning. We have an in ground pool with a water slide and it's always been a great experience with them. The owner even drops off chemicals for us on his way home so we don't have to drive to the store. We love Jim and his entire staff.

Certainly sad seeing that this company does not back their products. A person used them to install a new liner and it was poorly installed. Now the company is refusing to stand behind their work. I'll be taking my business elsewhere as I will not support a company that lacks integrity.

We purchased our Spa from QCA Pools & Spas about 4 years ago and have been happy with them from the start. From the first time meeting Jim and working with him to custom order our Spa, to the install, to all follow up questions we've had since. We have yet to have a bad experience whatsoever. Early on when we received our Spa, we had an issue with one of our control panels. A service tech was sent out and the faulty item was replaced free of charge. There was also an issue with our access panel, as well as a couple of side panels, both of which were replaced at no charge. We did not expect nor ask anything, this was just the level of customer service they provided. Any time we've gone in to speak someone, the staff has all been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always take the time to go through any questions or concerns we may have, not to mention encourage bringing in water samples to better address problems we might be having. I would most definitely recommend QCA Pools and Spas!!

Tried contact owner for weeks! This company is weak! I always buy local but not from these guys!! This company has done some good work over the years however they don't anymore... can't get any one to call you back. Crap job on install and never went over how to set up with pool with what chemicals. Sad we go Great Escape now they have been so helpful.

I'd first like to say that this is written from my experience with this company and pertains to the customer service that I have received up to this point, which means, I do not expect them to do anything about my issues because they have done nothing to this point. We purchased an above ground pool in August and had it installed on the 19th. Issues with the install include, but are not limited to, poor explanation of the process, rude installation crew, leaving garbage from the product piled in the back yard and breaking my fence with no notification that it was broken and not secured again properly. It was my neighbor that made us aware of this issue when they had to remove it from their yard. No phone calls or contact from the sales staff the day of installation or instruction of when the chemicals were going to be supplied to open the pool. Once i had made contact with the company, two days after install, they were made aware of this and charged us for the chemicals which were not initially agreed upon and charged us for the city permit which was not discussed. Second and probably the most important area of concern is the mountain of dirt left in may yard and the way it was left resulted in water coming into my basement. When we had another company come to remove the dirt he stated that he knew the owner of the company and said, " there is no way that the owner knew the job was completed like this and there is no way he would be okay with you as a customer being left like this". Following that, there were many attempts to contact the owner of OCA Pool and Spa with ZERO! response from the owner or sales personnel. My wife did get lucky and contacted another of the sales team approximately 3 weeks following the install at which time these issues above were talked about and it was reported that they would get back to us. That took place almost 3 weeks ago and we have received ZERO! response again from sales personnel or the owner whom we would be very interested in speaking with since the initial concerns. It is terribly frustrating to put so much time and effort into such a costly venture and have ZERO help provided by the company. There were so many ways and opportunities for these issues to be corrected or at least addressed and they have dropped the ball on every level. I will not hesitate to share this experience with anyone who inquires about my pool or the place it was purchased and installed by. I wish I could share the pictures that were taken of the condition of my yard which would explain why I am completely unsatisfied with the experience from this company.
