This Chipotle consistently and by that I mean every day serves overcooked and burned food.  The steak is ALWAYS overcooked and dry devoid of any tenderness and flavor, the chicken is usually burned, the grilled veggies ALWAYS look like they've been boiled and the barbacoa is so dry, it looks like a giant hair ball.  It is so bad, I haven't been able to buy anything here in months and thus the reason why I don't even have a photo.  As if this wasn't enough the staff is RUDE despite the fact that they're making more money now at our expense.  That's right, prices went up to pay them more and instead of being grateful they act like the ingredients are coming out of their pockets.  We are getting screwed because not only are they serving garbage, they're not even serving enough of it!  The portions are miserable, despite the fact that their prices keep getting higher, especially at this location, which is more expensive than others.  Most of their client base at this location obviously doesn't care how their food is prepared and will gladly eat leftovers from the day before and this is the only reason why they're still open.  I on the other hand wouldn't feed this to my dog.  This review is not an opinion.

I have been going to this Chipotle at the Westfield mall for over a year now. I hadn't been there in a few weeks. Bit there was a woman food preparer young Hispanic woman in mid to late 20s...working day/lunch shift on 3/21/24 who was exceptionally rude she was talking at the speed of light asking what I wanted on my taco and bowl. Rushing for no reason when there was just myself and one other person I line at that time. There is no reason to rush customers. No one needs that type of hyperactive energy. And she told me that she didn't want to get me confused. And I told here she was the vonfused one BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT LISTENING DUE TO HRR RUSHING. I hope she was not the manager behaving in such an unprofessional manner. There were several other people there and no one addressed her. Everyone else on that shift were professional. But the fast talking, rushing staff needs more Training on professionalism.

Worst chipotle in the world. Skip. Employes are rude and u will receive this trash for 20 usd

I got a kids meal with a side of cheese when I ate a hand full of cheese there was a long piece of hair along with it.Food: 1/5

I can’t give more then 3 stars . I went twice and each time they had missing ingredients. Some line workers need to work on not touching there faces/body while working on the line . Food looked fresh and was warm so I give 3 stars for that . But am totally grossed out by watching a employee lack food handler skills .

Worst place! I would give them a zero star if i could!!! Do not eat here!!! Terrible customer service. Food is undercooked yet being served. The employees have no clue what they are doing. Didn’t bother to give me a receipt and she didn’t give me a refund after i returned the food. Waited 30 mins in line to get raw food. Waist of time. Employee name Brandon and Karla.  DO NOT EAT HERE!

cashier name on the reciept name was yekemelise , the females were rude. huffing and puffing because one of them had to go and refill the brown rice i asked for two bowls and she only had one so i said it again and she rolled her eyes four people just standing around talking while we were waiting yet no one was in line before us , you guys don’t accept bills over 20 even for big orders , on they’re phone while we were waiting , impatient , soda machines don’t work , never again

Ordered two items and two drinks. The drinks were flat and when I told the kitchen staff they said “oh yeah that’s not working right now” and then they offered me a bottle drink instead but they wanted to CHARGE ME to replace my drink, so I left their flat drink on the counter. Never coming to this location again, and that’s saying something because I’ll tolerate a lot.

Lazy workers and terrible portions there is another better location right outside the mall will be going there from now on.
