I ordered a burrito bowl online and they forgot the protein, so I paid $12 for rice and salsa. This is the second time I've made the mistake of visiting this QDoba with a similar experience. Go to a different location!

Our server was awesome, the food was good and fresh, all the employees we met were nice  and friendly, and best of all they have ground beef, since I don't eat chicken! And no line when we came in!!!   Loved it! We will be back

Absolutely terrible. No chicken at 4pm. Guac had avacado skin chunks in it. The girl making the tacos had no idea what went on each taco. The other 3 people in the back were having a great time. Being loud. The store is dirty.

It wasn't the regular crew...levels of product were low....no guacamole....that's the icing on the bowl! Food was ok...and it fed my "hangry" phase

Original review: Wait...what? So in fall of 2014 the Qdoba chain proudly promoted themselves as the chain that doesn’t nickel and dime their customers. Making it the go to location and top pick for my husband over their competitors. He travels for his job and visits Qdoba frequently because they keep his expense report simple with their simple receipt submissions. The last three Qdoba’s he has visited this month were Nebraska, South Dakota and this Brooklyn Center MN location. Five stars for Nebraska and SD, but this location...not so much. Now $2.15 isn’t going to kill him, but the problem is that when he inquired if there was a policy difference in Minnesota for the side of chips, that his customer service quality went downhill fast. It wasn’t a bad attitude but more likely ignorance. Bummer because this is the closest Qdoba to our residence and he traveled 5 miles past the competitor. Update: 04Aug18 Husband and I both walked into this Qdoba tonight as a last minute go to. We just got the BEST service from Dell and Demetrius. Forgive my spelling. Those guys seem to have a great time interacting with people and made our day! Updating original review from 2 stars to 4. Keep it up guys!

Went once not open at time on the door 1030.  Next time in afternoon.  New person on floor. Had no idea how to do Signatures. White rice was almost gone, beans  were in water that did not look great. Meat looked past its prime, another item was congealing and needed stirring, vegetable mix was gone.  10 minutes into my order of two signatures and two burritos, manager comes out, ready to ring. Even though watching the area did not notice item issues nor help the struggling employee. Another employee did refill a sauce on top of the old which I do not believe is right but missed all the other items.  When asked by customers, items restocked. Veggies were not put in new container but in old container, as was the rice. 25-30 minutes later, order was finished. Manager  was great at the cash register and took him seconds to cook rice and veggies.

First and for most it looks great but looks can be deceiving….the rice was UNDERCOOKED that was a waste of my time and money

I have come to this location before. The staff is nice and helpful. I went today and the whole place was very gross. It looked like the place hadn't been clean for days. While I bought my food, I left hoping the food wouldn't make me or my daughter sick. The place needs some major attention and cleaning/disinfecting. The owners can do better.

Awesome people and even better food! Greater on a very cold day with a warm smile and happy personality. The two ladies up front were terrific and the whole crew seemed busy even though it was slow. Store was clean and looked good. When I'm in town and close this is where I come! Will definitely be back.

Pulled up. “Please wear a mask” signs all over inside and outside the building. I was the only one wearing one not the employees or anything. They acted like I disrupted their day by coming in. It was “ what you want”. So rude. And as soon as I was done ordering the girl got a FaceTime call and she answered it while still preparing my food!!! Are you kidding? She didn’t even wash her hands or anything. Nasty!!!!!!
