Over the course of a year and a half I've seen nothing but a downhill trend here. Bad food quality, and strange workers. Lately the orders I've had even made me feel a little sick, what a shame. I used a coupon here before for two items, one getting discounted and the other not, one of them was literally half the size of the other. Not planning on being a regular anymore if it stays like that.
Food was tasty but they forgot to put corn on my bowl. This location is located near an outdoor shopping area.Food: 4/5
We did an online order and picked it up. Got it home to find that they had not included the meat or beans in our order. My husband called the store to sort it out. The manager that he spoke to was rude and snarky. She argued with him about it for a good 20 minutes, saying there was nothing she could do and that they were not missing. To cap it all off, she hung up on him mid sentence. Incredibly inappropriate and hostile behavior from someone who is supposedly a manager. We drove back to the store to get our missing food and she continued to be rude to my husband in person. Not sure how this woman is employed in a customer-facing leadership role, but she is the reason we will not return to this location.
I’m all for ordering online for my food. It’s actually preferred. But we picked last minute where we were going to eat so I didn’t think to order online since we were practically there. Might as well order in the store. It’s rather odd that we could only order online, but our complaint isn’t about that, it was about the less than par service. When asked if we had an online order and we said no, they were snarky with their response that we HAVE to order online. Left with an unwelcome feeling.
I love Mexican food and enjoy making it myself. Trying out new places is fun too. For those Mexican food lovers out there this is not the place for us. A lateral move from Chipotle at best. I strongly dislike Chipotle but many love it. I got a chicken bowl with very little low-quality chicken. No option for Mexican seasoned rice only white rice. No option for tortillas on the side which would have been nice. Chips and queso were just okay.
10/10 recommend friday the 20th best employees at 6 hands down. Very helpful and the female was very nice and helpful with our order great with recommendations and very characteristic towards customers will be coming back!
Hours are unpredictable. Friday night hours said they were open until 10pm but I arrived at 9:20-9:30 and they were already closed. 2 other cars in the lot were also trying this. The posted hours outside the store said they should have been open till 11 but I know COVID has messed this up. I then went BACK on Saturday morning based on the hours on the sign at the store and they were not open yet. I was there at 11:20 and the sign said they should have been open at 10:30. I then checked Google here and it says they aren’t open until 12. That is twice I’ve tried to stop in but haven’t been able to. I want the Google hours fixed to actually be correctthey were updated a week ago and aren’t correct. Also I want them to be able to post a sign that has the correct hours on it.
The in store experience was o.k. They didn't have enough of the protein of my interest available at least enough of the quantity required to fill one order when ordering in-store, and they didn't even suggest to wait while they made it available. The folks there didn't seem very interested in taking orders. Hopefully the services improve over time. The food was the usual Qdoba. It was nice and tasty.
I placed an order online but when the confirmation came through it was not what I wanted. I immediately called this location and that we fantastic about making sure I got exactly what I wanted and when I wanted it. The service was top notch! I really appreciate the effort they put into helping me. They are the best!
I was a Chipotle stan and a Qdoba hater. I remember my first time eating Qdoba. I was in the food court of the Eden Prairie mall and we were about to watch the movie 2012 at the AMC. I hadn't eaten dinner yet and my mom gave me a 20 that day. I looked at the menu of Qdoba and it seemed like another Chipotle. I ordered a similar bowl to what I would always get at Chipotle. Chicken, extra rice, tortilla on the side, guacamole, pico, cheese, and lettuce. They didn't have lettuce at the time so I had to get the fajita vegetables. I took one bite and was in disgust. It was in the uncanny valley of what texmax might taste like if it were prepared by someone in Wisconsin making a bowl of what his friend made him from Nebraska who had texmex once at the Chicago O'hare airport. I vowed to never have Qdoba again, even if it was the only thing I could eat in the apocalypse. Well a decade later, I had it maybe once or twice. Today a friend told me that I had to get the Sweet and Spicy chicken. So reluctantly I decided to try it and my mind was blown. I will NEVER order from Chipotle again. It's like your expectations for when the new Jumanji movie came out and the same result leaving the theater mind boggled. First, I saw the new lime Shrimp on the menu. "Okay cool, that's nice" I said to myself. Then I started going through checkout: Free Guac, Tortilla Chip Topping, New Sauces, and more. All for only maybe .50 more than Chipotle. Chipotle took fresh limes from us you have to request them now, they kept on raising the price of guac, having a tortilla on the side was extra, and throughout all this time they just released like one actually good flavor this year? Chipotle has gotten too comfortable and now Qdoba wins 10/10 on every front. Now when I go to the food court in the Eden Prairie mall, I will be getting Qdoba now and forever and always. Do they still serve that there?
