I got Uber eats as I've been on the road for several days and just wanted a day at my hotel without driving. I am always reluctant to order delivery as my food always seems thrown together without a care and half portioned. I am happy to say that was not the case with your food. It was all delicious and the portions were perfect. I didn't feel my food was just tossed in a bag with no care. Thank you.
Excellent Qdoba location, very spacious, clean, friendly staff, fast service. Plenty of parking and love the food always
The food was good they where out of some stuff. But the service wasn’t that great kinda rude and unfriendly.
I ordered online and was surprised that my food was not ready when I got there, as it was 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. I asked about my to go order and they said it would be right out. I sat for a while and heard the woman ask her coworker if my food was being made and the guy said that he hadn't even started it. I watched as the entire restaurant filled up multiple times with everyone getting their food before they had even started making my mine. I sat for 20 more minutes. The employee who brought my to-go order did apologize for the wait but I was still puzzled as to why they served 20 or more customers before even starting my past due order. Then I got to the car and realized that they forgot my green salsa to go with the chips that I ordered. I came back in and politely asked them for my green salsa because it was part of my order. Then I stood and waited even longer until I eventually left without my salsa. My wife had a big chunk of something burnt in her salad. I would like a refund. The woman who apologized seemed like a nice person, but the overall service was so poor, not to mention the burnt food that I have to give it one star.
Service was good but I haven’t seen such an unkept establishment in quite some time. EVERYTHING was dirty, food all over the floors, food splashed on the walls, food and waste all over the dining area floors. There were plenty of employees to keep up on this but obviously, the “manager” was not concerned.
Feb. 5,2023….Do NOT eat here. Chicken is always burnt to a crisp! Nothing like biting down on each bite to chard chicken and burnt rock pieces. Rice is always under cooked. Portions are very small. Today will be my last visit at QDOBA. To much needs to change here at this location. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya. They should get new managment and actually fix the issues. Staff is also not friendly.
My daughter always wants to go to "the spicy place" which is Qdoba. Gets the three-cheese nachos with chicken. And their brownies are really good tooFood: 5/5
Orders. $200 catering order days in advance. $25 delivery fee and $45 tip on top of that. The order was missing 1/2 of the meets and 2 sides. Called and was told a district manager would call me back. No call. Called customer support and Sabastian hung up on me after I asked to speak to his manager but was only told they would call me back.
The Qdoba in Alpine used to be a reliable place for a quick tasty lunch. Things have changed. We waited at least 20 minutes to be served while online orders were filled. The store was a bit messy, and the food wasn't as tasty as usual. I am sure staffing issues have hurt them, and I hope they are able to bring their location back to where it was.
Same great Qdoba experience on food you would get at any other Qdoba. Interior was dated and grungy feeling. Nothing but good things to say about the staff and food.Food: 5/5
