Now Qualified roofing deletes their 1star rating!! I needed an estimate for many home related repairs before Monday 3-19-18 as my application will close. I called last Wednesday, waited  All day Thursday, I called Thursday afternoon ,was told will be there Friday or Monday. I told this place " Time is of the essence.' What a letdown . JOEL BECKHAM is a name not to trust. He Could not give an exact time. I NEEDED THIS ESTIMATE TO GET MY HOME IN LIVABLE CONDITION.. If this post comes down , I will put a review on BBB.

I had some repairs done around my chimney and valleys that were leaking. I am very pleased with the quality work of Jonathan and his crew. The quote they they gave me was very affordable. I highly recommend Qualified Roofing.

Jon and his crew are outstanding. The name "Qualified Roofing" is not just a name but what they live by. Very professional, organized, efficient, and courteous.  On the day of the new roof installation, I was very impressed by some of the little details, like how much care they put into not harming anything in our yard (they even moved all our patio furniture before and after) the project manager kept us updated and they finished on time. The price was exact to the quote and the quality of work is unmatched. Couldn't recommend them more!

Called to get a quote on a roof repair.  John came out to the house in about ten minutes and inspected.  I was expecting a huge quote.  Intstead, John identified and explained the issue indicating a minor repair.  He performed the repair quickly leaving me completely satisfied.  He also gave me an honest assessment of remaining roof life.  
When replacement time comes, this company will be at the top of my list of contractors.

The guys did an excellent job re-roofing my garage and the flat roof part on my house.  A year later, during a torrential rainstorm, I noticed a bit of water trickling down the chimney pipe for the water heater.  Joel and Jon came out the next day.   It turns out that the leak was in the pipe itself and had nothing to do with their roofing job.  The guys fixed it anyway with some new caulking and at no charge.  Now that's great customer service!  Thanks.
