Absolutely horrible experience. Back in January (4 months ago) I dropped my prom dress off. She informed me, I needed to get a zipper. A month and a half ago (Back at the very end of February) the zipper was dropped off. I came in last week, only the back had been cut. Nothing more done to it. I was again promised another week and told to come in Monday to get fitted and the zipper would be in to properly take it in where it had to be taken in. I came in Monday and the door was locked, sign said open, and lights were on. I knocked and waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. So I came in the next day, Tuesday. NOTHING had been done, the dress still sat cut. She then proceeded to argue with me about when I had brought the dress in and how long it had taken ME to get the zipper. 

She tried getting me to come back for the rest of the week to get fitted. (I have to work). Somehow the waiting on her behalf constitutes an emergency on mine. Meanwhile, several other customers come in. One of them being my friend, I knew she dropped her dress off only a month ago. The woman then rpoceeds to tell me that "She had gotten busy". Then she proceeds to tell me to come back in 30 minutes and she'd have the zipper in. I told her I'd just take my dress back and find someone else to do it and she refuses me the dress. Somehow she "can't just give me a dress when it is half finished". Horrible business partner, horrible professionalism, horrible procrastination, and absolutely horrible attitude. DO NOT trouble yourself. Spare the time and frustration, and go to Mooresville or some other place. 

I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE! GO LOOK AT OTHER REVIEW SITES!

The woman was nice but she was too backed up for my business and said it would be best to take it somewhere else. I was disappointed.
