It's like it's a hit or miss. Some days their okay and other days it's not. Good thing Amazon is not in the car wash business cause they would be out of business. I'm starting to look for somewhere else to go. I don't feel as though I receive a quality wash as stated in the name. There is always smudges here and there air they don't do a good job vacuuming, there is always break dust in the weld of the tire that can be easily removed but they skip over it.

I do not normally write reviews but this place deserves to hear this. I was once forced to use this car wash because they were  the only car wash around that fit my extra large tires on my wrangler. I no longer own that car but i still continued to go here because it is close and they USED TO live up to their name "Quality Car Care". After today i will no longer pay $29 for a less than $5 clean. Two guys did a good job making it look like they were vacuuming with the boss lurking outside. With the platinum package (the most expensive) in the past they used to ask what scent i wanted sprayed on the interior which was not offered this time for some reason. The two power washers seemed to just be going through the motions which seemed pretty useless to me. Once my truck pulled out of the tunnel a crew of about 10 surrounded the truck to dry the exterior and clean the interior so i thought. Im not sure why i did not check if my truck was clean before i pulled out (silly me) but once i got home i realized it looked like they did not vacuum at all and the door panels and interior door liners were not even touched and maybe more dirtier then before. You could also tell that they did not wipe down the whole dash due to multiply dull spots compared to the shiny spots that were cleaned. At the moment i do not have the patience to go back and complain, I just took the extra couple of minutes to cleaned it myself. I do not expect a full service detail for $29 but i do expect a decent job. This will be the last time i go here.

I Know they don't take a lot of money the workers. But my review is for the owner who doesnot care about the quality the work is being done. 
Basically half job.
First time in a while to loose my temper
The dirt still on the car and I have to go and do it myself the old fashion way. I am really disappointed . I just paid money for no reason .

Been here many times, this time, never coming back. At first it was annoying having to listen to some low life curse at the top of his lungs for about a minute straight. But if you're willing to look past the disgruntled employee,  you then must look at the job they actually performed. I've been here many times, and never satisfied with their job. But it was close and convenient so I went back. This time, I can't ever go back and never will. I paid for the "platinum package" and told them to throw everything away in the car and the guy confirmed saying ok. Take a look at the pictures. Not only did they leave the very same mess that I came with, but they didn't even vacuum the seats to get rid of dirt. I'm not exactly sure what I even paid for!  I'm done with these guys. Ill go elsewhere even if it means driving a few more minutes. Btw, all the attached pics were taken as soon as I got home and placed the car in park. Not an hour later, or days later, but more like 7 minutes later. The one thing they did manage to throw away was my receipt so unfortunately I don't have it. I gave it two stars instead of 1 because the outside of the car I suppose isn't too bad.

It's a car wash correct?  If your job is to wash cars please do so and not half a** it. I can't say it's the worst but I wouldn't recommend any high end vehicles. Not to mention that a customer ahead of me had a G-class and had picked the same gold service as me and received a better cleaning/drying than I did. Shouldn't matter what you drive. If a honda or Mercedes pick the same service they should both receive the same amount care.
