I had Ron and his crew out to clean my carpets in my house and tile and grout in my bathroom. The carpets have never felt softer!! I love walking without socks on my carpet now! My tile and grout looks like brand new. I never thought it would come clean. They took their time and gave me top notch service! Ron even put something on my door while they were cleaning and I thought that was the best thing ever! I highly recommend this company and wont be using anyone else for my home.

I spoke with Ron. I appreciated that he gave me a quote over the phone. Since I was just gathering information, I didn't book the appointment. About 10 minutes later I received a video from Ron thanking me for the call. He followed up with another call the next day. I was very impressed with his level of customer service as well as how he was fighting for my business. He won me over and I booked the appointment. 
30 minutes before the appointment, I received a call from Ron's son, Tyler. He told me he would be there in 30 minutes and asked if he could pick me up a coffee. So nice!
Tyler was friendly and did a good job. I will definitely use Quality Carpet Care again and refer them to my neighbors.

Highly recommend this company. Very professional. Scheduled our visit in less than a week and worked around our schedule. Arrived early. Gave my husband a Veteran Discount. Great company!

Ron Papke and his crew called right before they came, showed up on time, and did an outstanding job on six carpeted rooms and a staircase. I thought his price was very reasonable since the carpets at my parent's former house hadn't been cleaned for decades. I believe the house sold above listed price after only three showings because he and his assistant took such great care. There was an impossible dirty spot where the dining table had been and he warned me they might not be able to get it up, yet his special spot treatment removed it. Ron was very courteous and extremely professional. I would highly recommend using Quality Carpet Care for all your carpet needs plus I'm considering their ceramic tile and grout cleaning for my own home!
