Great place to get anything you need for your fireplace. Supplies, fixtures, or repairs, they have it all. They even sell BBQ's and BBQ supplies like wood pellets and lump charcoal. They have all the "Quality" top brand names, so don't expect to pay Home Depot or Lowes prices, but like the name says, it's Quality products. They have a knowledgeable staff and they'll be honest if your request is something they don't offer rather than taking the business and screwing up.

I live in Fontana and one day, during the Santa Anas, the spark arrestor and flashing flew off chimney. I called Quality Fireplace and talked to Carol to see if they can order and install these for me. They said "Sure. Just bring in them in and we'll get them ordered for you." I drove 15 miles I brought both of these to the store. A guy named Bill measured the flashing and said it'll take a couple of days to get that in. As for the spark arrestor, Bill needed the manufacturer and the model number of the fireplace. So I called my roommate to get that info for him. He said that it will take a few days to get back to me as he researches the make and model to see if he could get the part or see if there was a universal one that would fit. I paid for the flashing, told Bill that these will need to be installed, and he said ok and he'll call me about the spark arrestor. I didn't receive a phone call until a week later saying that the flashing was in and I need to pick it up. I told him again that these needed to be installed and asked him about the flashing. He said that I was supposed to call him to give him manufacturer info. I gave him that info again. I haven't heard from him since. My wife called the company up and Bill said that he was still looking and don't know how long it's going to take. Then she asked if they find the part are they going to install it. They said no one said that it needed to be installed. Am I in the twilight zone? What's wrong with this company? It seems like this company doesn't want to make a sale. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
