Recently in choosing a company to replace our roof we didn't opt for the cheapest but for what we thought was the best company, even though it was a little more then other bids we had received we really liked the guarantee and the professionalism of the people that we met. However when the team  came out to do the roof it was not quite the quality that we had expected for $16,000. While having the roof replaced we came home one day without air-conditioning, because the contractors had failed to put the fuse back in the unit when finished, it was over 100 degrees so my husband had to climb on the roof and fix it.  Another day we came home to find our main appliance breaker turned off and our refridgerator off for the full day because they had failed to turn it back on when they left. When they were finished the matching vent tops were poorly sprayed,  several parts of the roof look like they needed to be  improved and the inspection did not pass. I understand that sometimes they inspections do not pass first time, however this was something trivial, the company had failed to include two forms of paperwork and block down the condensation line for the air conditioning,. I myself climbed up on the roof and blocked it down and then called the company to  complete the rest by adding the additional paperwork, when calling I expressed my concern to the lack of professionalism that we had received and the man that was helping me became rude about me climbing up on the roof. Our inspection was done June 7, 2016,  and it is now July 20, we have called the company several times to let them know that they still have not got the inspection passed and the inspection paperwork is still on our front porch!  I do not recommend this company, they are a little overpriced which would be fine if you got the services they promised but since we didn't, I would go with somebody cheaper.

Completely happy with the work performed by Quality First Home Improvement! The work is performed on time and the final results are beautiful. The four solar panels added also are awesome and their representatives maintain an extremely courteous and professional demeanor which, to me, suggest that indeed customer satisfaction is what they strive to provide clients. Additionally, the quality of the workmanship was first rate. The workers made a point to clean up after the job each day and were also very prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend Quality First Home Improvement.

We used Quality First Home Improvement services to install solar panels. They came just in time and the installation process was fast and smooth. As they promised, they assign a project coordinator to oversee everything to make sure that all the process from start to finish will be done as it should. 
Kevin was so kind and answer all my questions regarding the power system and even show me how to operate everything. Now, I am starting to make my own electricity. 
I appreciate everything you have done for me.

While building our new home back in 2013, I wanted to make sure that everything was done in the most energy efficient manner so we did not have to continue to pay outrageous prices for electricity and heating. After calling around and getting a few estimates, I found that Quality First was the cheapest and, based on my interactions with the employees, the best to work with. From the estimate process to the final completion of the project, I was extremely impressed with the amount of communication and the quality of their work. You can definitely tell that they have been doing this for a long time and have been doing it the right way.

After the inspection and getting the permit, the construction crew was onsight the next day. They were prepared and seemed to be high quality workers who had been there for awhile. This was a relief considering I had never done a project of this magnitude myself and really had no idea what should be going on or how long it should take to complete each step of the process. The communication was great throughout the construction process. Anytime I had a question or a concern, I would find either the crew leader, Jim, or one of the other workers. They did not treat me as though I was just wasting their time. The made sure that I was fully informed with what was going on and did so in a very pleasant manner.

Once the construction was completed, which was in less than a day, the workers made sure to test everything to ensure it was working to its full potential. They also took the time to sit down and discuss basic troubleshooting procedures. This was great to be able to understand how to do some of the small fixes so that I did not need to call them each time that something happened. I have now been living in this home for 6 months and I have really only had one minor issue, which I was able to fix on my own. Quality First has been in contact with me a few times over the last 6 months to make sure I am satisfied with my solar panels.

I would highly recommend utilizing First Quality for any of your home improvement needs. I plan on continuing to work with them while living in the area and have told all of my friends and family about their amazing service and they have had the same results!!

My experience with Quality First Home Improvement was first rate from start to finish.  I am a "why" person and always have a lot of questions, especially if it's something that I am not familiar with.  Every individual I spoke to was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. My roof is finished and looks better than I ever imagined.  The roofers went above and beyond my expectations. Now I truly have the roof I always wanted. Thank you Quality First Home Improvement, Inc.
