Okay, so this may not be a true 5-star hotel, but after a week on a cruise ship with really terrible beds, this place was heaven on Earth. The beds were really comfortable, the pillows were plentiful and soft, the shower was hot, the shower head had a strong spray, the TV was big, and there was a heated indoor pool for the kids. Check in and check out were a breeze. Adding this stop to my timeline to ensure if we're stopping in this area in the future that we stay here again!

It was a nice room. Doors are open to the outside though and sometimes people were loud but it wasn't late at night. There is a spectacular Kroger behind the building that you can walk to. Staff was very helpful and kind and it was very clean. There were low flow toilets in the rooms my group had. Free WiFi and TV were available. Overall, great stay for a budget. There is also a heated pool.

This is my second visit. First stay was seven days. Both rooms were immaculate. Staff has been very courteous and friendly. Hotel grounds are kept up well and cleaned daily. Free breakfast is a full breakfast good variety of choices. Great freeway access, near by stores and restaurants. Very short distance to Nashville. Older motel but clean, comfortable and we'll kept.

I stay about 100 nights a year in hotels and this as i travel for work. This Hotel will not be o e of them next year. Nearly everything was dirty. The blankets, sheets, even the coffee pot was so dirty i decided not to even use it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only reason I gave it two stars is for the price.

The room was filthy. There were multiple black stains on the floor, i found blood stains on one of the bed covers, there was a large bundle of hair in the folded towels which made me question their cleanliness and the bathroom was scuffed up and dusty. Breakfast was of extremely poor quality and staff insisted that guests use a silicon cleaning spray instead of a proper cooking spray prior to making waffles which produced an alarming chemical smell. As i was there for the eclipse and the town was fully booked, i had no choice but to stay. I have stayed in many quality inns and have had lovely experiences, this has been the most disgusting hotel experience of my life. One bright spot is that amber, the young lady at the desk, was exceedingly friendly and kind.
