Myself and a couple of friends stayed at this hotel for a last minute get-a-way. The area is nice and it’s very woodsy. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was nice and had enough room for four people to comfortably move around in. Lastly, we stayed in a smoking room, which I understand is a SMOKING room, however, just the brief two night stay we had EVERYTHING smelled. I had to wash all our clothes and bags and even put hair smelled like smoke after a couple hours of being in the room. So beware of the smoking rooms, unless you smoke.

They tried to steal my daughter's fleece jacket I purchased the night before we checked out. My daughter called and they told her that they didn't have it. I called to discuss the pre authorization amounts on my bank statement as the rate was giving is not what I'm being charged. Little do they know I pay attention to any transactions that post to my account. They disturb you before check out time, and I've never been disturbed before at any other choice hotel chain. My last stay was at Comfort Suites and guess what no one knocking on my door or trying to come in before I could answer.

The rooms were nice I like how there was hot and cold water.The pool was really nice so relaxing I love the breakfast.

The staff are extra attentive however the clientele are sketch and housecleaning tries to enter your room without knocking or announcing herself. Then argues that you need a bath towel when they have already cleaned your room and replaced linens! I told her I have enough... there was a language barrier. The hotel smells of moth balls but not our room. That smell of moth balls is prevelant around the pool area. It's enough to make me gag. Internet does not want to cooperate and you have to call another number for that. I gave it 2 stars just for the front desk staff (5) alone but since it's an overall rating this hotel gets 2.

I once saw a dog and cat otw to pick up the other ones significant other and from what i could tell, they didnt wash up after. But its a trump nation so what evs
