Accidentally booked a smoking room (my bad), getting in at 10pm on a Tuesday night. The front desk guy (wish I would've gotten his name) was super helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

Smoking rooms are on second floor - entire place smells like an old bar and ashtray. Breakfast is served until 9am - exactly! So if you come in at 9:02am - they say - NO! Not that it really matters all that much - the food is sub-par and luckily a 24 hour grocery store is attached in the adjacent parking lot which has great fresh fruit and deli. If you smoke - great place for a great deal - if you don't smoke - don't stay here.  You get what you pay for - it was a $100 CDN

Nice clean room on 4th floor. Room was perfect size for solo or couple, with fridge and microwave, strong free WiFi. Friendly staff lent me a phone charger, good breakfast, a good Bar and Grill nearby as well as fast food, a full grocery store and other shopping within walking distance. Budget price for a nice stay. Would recommend.

Absolutely horrible! Do not stay here if you are traveling with dirt bikes, quads or other machinery. My family and I stayed here to go riding at a local atv park. All of our dirt bikes and quads were chained and locked and we parked near a camera. In the morning, we woke up to find our lock had been cut and one of our bikes had been stolen. We informed the local police and the hotel owners about the issue, but they pretty much told us there was nothing they could do. They said their security footage on every camera ran fine all night long and showed all of the dirt bikes. Then we were told the camera that was aimed in the direction of the bikes had "blacked out" for 15 minutes during the night. When the footage came back on it showed that the dirt bike was missing. This is not a coincidence! We have been coming to the area for 6 years and I will never bring my family back to stay at this hotel. I am completely disgusted with the situation.

The lady at the front desk at night was extremely rude. She was rude when I was checking in and later on I called down to see where I could find extra sheets and she cut me off before I even finished my sentence and told me to come downstairs to get them and hung up. I found garbage in my room that wasn't mine the first night we got there so that made me feel like the room wasn't clean. The outlet on the side of the bed didnt work and the pull out bed had stains all over it. The ceiling has water damage and the bathroom was tiny. king bed was comfy and the staff in the morning were friendly. But we won't be staying here again. The whole place smells awful.
