Should be 0 stars. Made a reservation on September 21, 2017 for a stay on September 23, 2017. Family was involved in a softball tournament for the weekend. Due to the times of the games our check in was going to be around 9pm. This hotel cancelled our reservation at approximately 8pm on the 23rd. Due to the amount of teams playing in the tournament there were no vacancies at the other hotels except for a spa suite that could not accommodate the number of people in our party. This left us scrambling to find a place to stay late at night, 2 hours from home with a 7:00 am start time the next morning. This hotel is unwilling to provided any type of compensation for the inconvenience. Customer service was horrible from the staff member we dealt with the night of the incident as well as the manager. If there was a discrepancy with the reservation that was done online 2 days prior and accepted then a cancellation notice that gave us sufficient time to locate alternative accommodations or to remedy the issue prior to cancellation would have been nice. Instead we were left hanging at the last minute and scrambling to find a place to stay and finally finding a place at 1030pm. Not what we wanted to do after a full day of softball.

I love the rooms, the bed was comfortable and I loved the flat screen t.v.. I didn't like the surprise rate increases. Our first 2 nights were $69, the third night I went to pay and they told me $109 plus $10.85 for tax, plus $20 for my dog. Total price, $139.85 . They said it's because they were expecting a bus full of travelers. Why should my rate double 'cause of that. Sorry Quality Inn, I'll never stay there again. I rate it 2 stars

Scetchy neighborhood next to the railroad tracks, trains going by all night. Breakfast was one of the worst I've seen, minimal assortment and what there was... empty or cold. I will definitely skip this one next time.

This is just day one. Check in took less than five minutes which was good since I was jetlagged. Everything was all hoky dory until I made it to the second floor. I was engulfed with the stench of cigarettes which was stronger in my room. The stairwell and first floor smelled better. I did bring this up to front desk staff Collin who tried to help as much as he could. He did inform me that the carpents in the rooms were recently replaced and this is to be a smoke free hotel. He must have never been past the lobby. You can taste the smoke. Now with that being said. Overall the staff is great and helpful but this old interior needs an overhaul. The room is clean but furniture old beat up, broken and only suitable for goodwill. The carpeting in halls is dingy, worn and stained. You can even feel floorboards move when walking and I'm not big. The main kicker is I was a roach walking down the hall with me not scared. This is a hotel I would not recommend unless you are a smoker and don't mind mediocre standards. Stay tuned in for day two out of three.

The people that work at the Quality Inn are very friendly and helpful. The only problem that I had was the parking, hard to find a parking space and it's pretty tight to parking especially if you have a full size pickup truck.
