This hotel was budget price friendly for the area and fairly secluded which I enjoyed. The housekeeping staff was great however, the front desk/management staff was very rude and unhelpful. I was ignored for about ten minutes while they talked in an office behind the the counter. They also booked me for a room, then did not check in with the other staff so double booked me for another room! They had to cancel a room all because they couldn't just tall to each and relay the booking information like a professional would. Also was questioned regularly even though we stayed a few nights in a row about whether we had booked two guests in our room so they could properly charge us. 1, why would we lie? and 2. no other hotel has battered me with questions like that. The water also highly irritated our skin and had a metallic scent to it, upon reading further reviews it seems like the water is a major issue at this establishment. I would not recommend, there is a holiday inn suites the next town over which is much cleaner, newer and doesn't burn my eyes every time I take a bath.

Quality Inn is a decent place to stay when you're going to be in the neighborhood. It includes breakfast if you're interested but it really isn't that much room do we always choose to eat out and we're up visiting family do we either meet them for breakfast or they do breakfast at their place. Quality Inn is great because there are lots of places to go eat around it and Mountain Creek isn't that far. We enjoy it because it's close by family without having to intrude on them. It's not a place you pick as a getaway hotel if you just wanted to stay in the room, they don't have a restaurant, you may can have someplace near deliver.

Quality of this Quality Inn was not up to par. Facility is old and needs updating. Staff friendly, extremely responsive and doing their best their best but it is an uphill task. Rooms were clean but Carpets and at least on the first floor damp feeling, beds not terrible but need updating, no safety bars in the bathroom. That being said, self serve breakfast is better than expected, and coffee outstanding.

Very cozy.. On main road. GPS was absolutely correct from Manhattan to here.. Room small clean no odors.. Would refer others here for few days stay. Not a long term family location..

Stayed one night at Quality Inn near Mountain Creek. The hotel is outdated, but the price reflects that so I didn't expect much. The hallway smells like BO and the room smells damp. The carpet has decades worth of dirt and grime. I wouldn't recommend walking barefoot. The night shift worker who is of Indian descent is extremely hostile. I called to ask if there was any convenience stores nearby and she said she didn't know. When I said you don't know??, she said there was a 7/11 15 minutes away. I got yelled at for walking too close to the breakfast area which was ten feet away from the coffee area. I didn't even touch anything. I just apparently walked too close to the other side of the room. Later on, when I went to get coffee again since there was nothing else to get, I was told that someone made a mess earlier so the coffee area was closed. The lady that was working during the day with curly hair was nice and made check-in simple. If you are looking for a cheaper option, Quality Inn is cheaper than some of the nearby places, but it's because the hotel is pretty terrible.
