Comfortable beds and pillows. Great rates, perfect location, super nice staff, room 105 was clean and stocked with necessities. Me personally, I hate carpets in a hotel room, they are filthy and smelly. My personal recommendation is to pull them out and swap them with ceramic tile or hardwood flooring. The quality inn was a pleasant stay. I will definitely come back!!

I have stayed in places that were a lot cleaner and better than this one. But what aggravated me the most was they charged my card 10 months after the visit as well as the price being 2 times the amount of the first stay here. I was not notified that they would be charging my account before or after it was done. I will not be staying here or at another Quality Inn unless I hear from them with at least a partial refund and apology. I have spoke to the customer service center for this chain we will see if we hear from them. I would not even give it one star but you can not post unless you give them something. Just to let you know I did talk to my bank a second time. They explained how this works which is what I originally thought. I do have some knowledge of this type of thing. Apparently you do not have very much knowledge of this. Your office that handles this we are guessing had either did not push through the settlement in time or not at all and somehow they discovered it 10 months later and pushed it through. You need to learn to tell the truth and quit blaming everyone else on your mistakes.

Great location. You can walk straight onto the waterfront district. Rooms are basic. You have to pay for parking.

Ask for renovated room...... First room was 160 and was disgusting. Furniture hadn't been moved and cleaned in years, smelled and carpet and chair were so dirty we didn't want to put belongings on floor or take shoes off. Moved us next day after we called to complain and were given a handicap room that was pretty nice, not sure if these are the only rooms that they had to update. Breakfast was ok nothing special, typical continental. Staff was nice and the staff member that came to our room immediately after we called to complain was very understanding (not sure if anything was done to it) . This could be a great place to stay because location is the best but they definitely need to upgrade because there are way to many hotels to choose from that are surrounding this place.

The hotel is old, so we didn't expect that it would be like a Comfort Suite, however there is no reason that the carpet, and room chairs had to be dirty, stained, and smelly (and the chairs were ripped with the stuffing coming out of them)! The bed was clean, as was the bathroom, and an update had been made to the sink and vanity. However, that didn't make up for the carpet, chairs, and room odor! The afternoon staff was very helpful and pleasant when we checked in, however the next morning/breakfast staff was not. They were not personable, and when I spoke to any of them I barely got any acknowledgment that I was speaking at all -no eye contact, and hardly a response to my questions or my attempt at conversation. We will not be coming back to this hotel next year, and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
