I’m very upset with the customer service of the staff at the front desk. I reserved a room and they had booked me for two rooms, I’m very upset that they said there is nothing they can do to refund my money for the other room that they charged me for. They were very rude. I tried to check in to my room and they said that they had no rooms available and ready for me and my husband to check into, then my husbands coworker who did not have reservations went in to get himself two rooms, and guess what to my astonishment they had two rooms and they got to check in right away and go to their rooms to sleep. This was 9am and they told me they wouldn’t have any rooms available till after 3pm. 
The customer service at the front desk are very rude and disrespectful. They have no training or atleast it seems that way with the way my husband and I were treated. 
We were on the phone with customer service for hours and we still don’t have a refund for the extra room that they charged to my card. 
This whole place needs training courses and courses on how to act professional. Tots was in Moorseville,NC.

My husband and I started our travel from FL to PA too late in the afternoon and we knew we'd have to stay somewhere in NC off of I-77. Our goal was to make it past Charlotte and this location (25 miles north of Charlotte) was perfect. Staff was nice and the room was clean and decorated nicely, not dated at all. I'm sure it would be comfortable for most on longer stays, but I can certainly attest that this location is great for an overnight stay. I can't remember all of the breakfast items, but it was sufficient to get us on the way the next morning of travel.

The hotel was neat and clean. Easy access from parking lot. Quiet. Beds were clean. Sinks were spotless. My only complaint at all was the shower squealed very loudly and there was a crack in the shower knob guard. Otherwise the experience was great!

This is about quality inn in Mooresville NC front desk clerk was very rude my company spends alot of money for our crews to stay out of town away from there familys we stay these locations for 4 to 5 months every week this service was very unpleasant
