So, the value was a bit more than we paid for. The room was clean and WiFi was fine. The breakfast was wonderfully stocked and warm. The thing, however, that makes me rate the hotel as 5 stars is the warm and friendly service we received from the moment we called. Tim was excellent to work with and even helped us find a shop for our car when it broke down unexpectedly. We'll definitely be back.

I was very pleased with my visit at the Quality Inn and Suites this weekend. Having gotten up at three am to catch a flight, I was exhausted when I arrived. The manager immediately took care of me and got me placed in an available room. Accommodations were clean and tidy, and better than expected for a hotel at this star rating. The mattress was brand new and very comfortable. There were ample pillows and the shower had water pressure. If traveling through this area, I would highly recommend the Quality Inn. I had a very restful visit.

I'm assuming this hotel is in process of remodeling the second floor.  Our room was mostly clean but the bed was like sleeping on a box spring with some bad springs and the dead bolt lock would not work due to hitting the striker plate.  Staff were great though and breakfast was good.

If you need a place to stay, this is it. They recently remodeled/are in the process of remodeling (but it's not loud and never done at night). The rooms are super clean, well maintained, and have all the normal amenities like mini fridge (but this is a big mini fridge), microwave, coffee maker, etc. The wifi is free and actually really good for hotel WiFi. The staff (and Tim, the manager) are incredible. They are super accommodating, kind, helpful, and understanding. They recommended great food places and also a great mechanic since we had car troubles when we were in town. Oh, and THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING. It has scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles (you make them yourself like always with that fancy flip-over waffle maker), mini donuts, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, bagels, etc. It's amazing. The workout area is commendable, too. It has a recumbent bike, treadmill, and weights machine that can be adjusted to do several different things (lat pull down, flies, cable curls, leg extensions, etc). I didn't use this, but it says in the amenities that I have free access to the YMCA in town also just for staying here which makes up for the fact that this hotel has no pool area. Anyway, it's amazing, and I hope this was helpful. I will stay nowhere else when I'm in the Indianapolis area, and you should stay here, too. They are good people and deserve your business, imo.
