Location was convenient to interstate exit, but tucked behind other properties. The parking lot was not plowed of snow very well. Staff was businesslike. The room was about average for a Quality Inn, as was the free breakfast. Although I had no need for it, a sign indicated the pool was closed. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again on overnight business travel.

This use to be a nice hotel.
First room I checked in the bathroom was clearly not cleaned and room itself smelled.
Was told no cleaning staff was on site and no other rooms were available.
I was ready to leave and luckily? someone cancelled and was given another room.
Clearly, not much effort is given with regards to cleaning this facility.
I despise giving reviews like this and honestly have never given this poor of one.
 I can only suggest  this hotel as a last resort.

I came to Cleveland to visit an old friend. My husband and stayed at this place for the night. The facilities were clean, the staff were very nice, the breakfast was great, and the room has usb chargers. 

One problem that we had was wax in the room. I can't make this up. So the previous guests lit up candles all over the room directly on the counters, so there was wax everywhere when we checked into the room. Housekeeping left a note saying they tried to clean the wax the best they can. When I checked out, I told the manager about it (not as a complaint, just normal chatting). She sincerely apologized and refunded the entire hotel charge to me!!! I appreciated that kind gesture.

I had to be switched 3 times to find a room that didn't stink of smoke. I can't believe they allow smoking in some of the rooms. It seeps into other rooms and it stinks. I would not recommend this place and will never come again. The staff is really friendly though.

Absolutely the RUDEST front desk personnel I have ever encountered. I had a check in at 1 am I guess she couldn't be bothered with her nap to have a personality. Snotty attitude when I asked to have my smoking preference changed and then just handed me the key didn't say when breakfast was, "thank you for being a choice privileges diamond member" the usual that you get most anywhere else. I will never stay here again during my 3 trips here a year on business. Also smelled like marijuana from the lobby all the way up to the 2nd floor
