Staff was awesome, there was 2 pools (one inside and one outside. There's a sauna, hot tub and arcade. Very little people friendly!!! We met some awesome people while at the pool(s). If your thinking of heading that way consider the Comfort Inn - it's right off the highway and everything you think you need is within walking distance.

Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. No issue w water temperatures changing in shower. Pools were nice, staff was personable and helpful.  I'd stay there again, price is way better than Holiday Inn and the breakfast was filling ... eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, juices, cereal, yogurt, assorted muffins. If you can't find something to eat you're not hungry.  Didn't find surrounding area threatening as was stated in a review I read online.

Staff was super friendly. Rooms left a bit to be desired. Mildew on ceiling above shower. Baseboards were dusty. Pool and spa were a bit grimy. Beds were clean though. Overall value was low. I feel that due to cleanliness the rooms should be cheaper. However they do serve a good breakfast in the morning.

Pleasantly surprised! I assumed we were going to be staying at a sad hotel since it was Muskegon and a Comfort Inn... but the owner has really taken care of this place! The room was large, up-to-date, and clean. The hotel has a fairly simple layout even though it has a conference center.

Stayed here a couple of nights while we were visiting Michigan Adventure.  Staff was friendly and rooms were clean but the best part was the pool area.  Had a lot of fun there.
