Worst experience I've ever had a hotel. I'm staying here for business. I check in, go upstairs and get to my room which is occupied by a man... Go downstairs, tell the desk worker. He had no clue someone was in there. He puts me in the next room. I go up, and its a smoking room. I specifically booked non-smoking. I go down again. He tells me they have no non-smoking rooms... even though thats what I booked. Only after I get ugly and tell them I will wake up sick if I sleep in a hotel room that smells like a bar does he MAGICALLY find an open non-smoking room. I finally make my way up for a third time, and my room key does not work. I waited in the hall way with my bags for about 20 minutes before someone was able to come upstairs and let me in my own room. I don't want to leave my room cause I'm scared I won't be able to get back in since I've already had so much trouble. I will never stay here again.

Room smelled like mildew. Beds were good though. Slept very well. Location is close to good restaurants as well.

Nice.....but I think it is overpriced.  Room was clean and beds were comfortable.....but the breakfast is lacking when compared to other hotels in the area.  The hostess (for both visits, this was our second visit this year) does not seem to pay a lot of attention  to the breakfast items.  The hot water for hot tea is warm.  Each time we had to get the hostess to heat the water in the kitchen. Front desk personnel are very nice.

Clean, comfortable, attractive room. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast buffet with a good variety of food. Yummy cookies at the front desk.

Good check.in experience.  Price was good.  Beds were comfortable.  Room smelled moldy.
