Came to visit husband while he was working out of town. Place is outdated including mattress cover, bedding etc. Wall outlets are few, although they try and make up for that by adding a USB charging hub. Walls had stains that I was able to was able to remove easily with a wet rag. You must have a ticket for breakfast. If your name is not on room, you will be watched like a hawk. Felt awkward really awkward. A/C is set to not go below 68 degrees. The one compliment I can give is that when there was a problem with a couple fighting, I noticed they acted quickly to get the problem away from guest. Did make me feel a little safer.

Location was great close to access road... Close to restaurants..close to race track (smokes,sodas, snacks)ppl we're friendly. My husband and I went for a date night alone...we will be going back...I recommend it...price wasn't too bad... availability....rooms were clean....

Rooms weren't bad, but there was no wifi and apparently this is an ongoing issue. Guy behind counter, "Jon" was his name, VERY VERY hateful and rude! This guy should not be allowed to work in public as I witnessed him making crude and sexual comments about a male customer as he walked past the lobby area. The girl working with him (long brown straight hair) is just as bad. She came across as nice and helpful in an attempt to make up for Jon's unprofessional demeanor and I was very appreciative of that, BUT I forgot my drivers license at the front desk and when I went back to front desk to retrieve it, I saw her holding you license up to Jon and making inappropriate jokes. I have half a mind to make a complaint with the BBB! No one should have to pay the rates they charge and be subjected to sexually inappropriate and rude behavior! It was truly appalling!

moths were in my room. Had to figure out (in the dark) why the lamp and surge protector that are mounted by the bed were not working... they weren't plugged in... had to move the bed about 2 inches in order to plug them in. Air conditioner shut off after I turned it on and wouldn't turn back on for about 20 minutes. I was only here with my kids to sleep as we passed through... bed was comfy, slept well enough after finally getting settled.

The sheets are crusted in what I hope is laundry soap, the front desk doesn't know how to access fresh sheets. The towels have some dark brown stains on them. The quality of this Quality Inn is really subpar.
