Ok so first off let me explain there was 8 of us coming in looking for place to crash not expecting the Hilton or anything just a decent place to sleep, right. So we get in at around midnight and ready to finally call it a day after a long drive. We get our room keys to in then the horror show starts. I kid you not 2 out of the 3 rooms we got did not have running water. The other 3rd room had a leaking AC and wet floors from the condensation. Another room had urine still left on the toilet seat. They all smelled like nursing homes. We asked for different rooms and they were worst then the first of course. Puke was left in the sink in one of them and after seeing that we just left. Don't ever stay here please.

This place is completely disgusting! It's filthy, smells horrible, big black stains all over carpets on every floor just horrible!! First room they put us in had a trash can in middle of floor collecting water dripping from ceiling, next room another filthy lace, no washcloths carpet with food on it, hair dryer not working, called down for hair dryer only to have guy say come down and I will change your room.. how many rooms must we be put in!! Clean this nasty place!! dont know how this place can pass. Board of health inspection but maybe they need to come and take a look now!!Run anyplace is better than this!! I will NEVER book this place again!!! Horrible place!

We were unhappy. Ths room was very simple but somewhat dirty. The furniture and decor were clearly old. We found a moldy piece of bread on the floor. The bed and sheets were comfortable with stains. I'm just glad and surprised we didn't see bugs. It's worth it to spend a few extra dollars to stay at a better-kept place.

Experience was AWFUL. The hotel has a bug infestation as I was greeted by a giant cockroach while brushing my teeth. The beds are harder than a prosthetic leg and the pillows are similar. No ice machines work in the whole place; I had to walk across half the complex until I finally found a working one after 20 minutes. Some of the staff good but the rest awful. I needed assistance so I sat for 10 minutes waiting while 2 staff members sat and watched tv while I was waiting. The pool was covered and closed even though it was 98 degrees out. Even if it wasn't you could probably catch something from swimming in it. Hotel keys didn't work half the time and overall it looks like a cheap, scummy hotel straight out of Pulp Fiction or something. There's other options in college park: use them!

DO NOT STAY THERE!!! During our first night I asked front desk for two wash clothes because our room only had one. They had no extra wash cloths to give out and was promised to get washcloths, I came back later find that my room had not been cleaned all day. No trash pick up and no new towels. I asked front desk how often were rooms cleaned and was told every day. I told her our room had not been cleaned and simpler asked for more towels. The woman at the front desk replied that there were no fresh wash cloths and towels and asked us if we had something to cut a towel with to make a washcloth. HORRIBLE HOTEL!
