A really nice hotel for the price! Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean except the toilet needed a little help. All staff were very nice and the breakfast changes daily. A good amount of t.v. Channels. Very disappointed in the laundry, very small machines and very pricey. I would recommend this place if you are a picky person like me!

Visited my cousin, who was staying there while in town. The staff was attentive and the pool, while small, accommodated my son's needs with the inclusion of a lift. The lobby and rooms were clean amd did not smell of smoke.

Halls were a little messed up from the storm But the rooms were nice clean fresh towels hot breakfast nice workers. If I'm over here to work in Victoria again I'll definitely use Quality Inn. Joseph D.

I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel. I stayed there back in August and I made copies for my a meeting a was having. The receptionist told me that there were no fees for printing. However, after printing over 50 copies ( which I admit it was a lot) he told me there would be a $10 fee. I agreed to that charge but when I checked out I signed my receipt and afterwards noticed that I was charged $40 for the copies I made. Before I walked out the door I went back and talk to the “manager” that checked me out to disputed the charges and instead all she said was “I’ll have the person who assisted you call you about those charges since I don’t know what he told you”. First of all I never got a call back. So I decided to call them and the guy said “remember I told you I the charges would be $20-$30”. Smh! I called customer service about the charges and they said the “manager” didn’t want to refund me the $30 I was over charged because I signed the receipt. What kind of business this manager runs? I disputed while the manager was there and she told me that I would be called later. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON’T SIGN YOUR RECEIPT UNLESS YOU AUTHORIZED ALL THE CHARGES & DON’T TRUST EVERYTHING THE RECEPTIONIST TELLS ABOUT CHARGES.
