Here is the deal. It's a $50 room. So if you going in expecting that it's fine. It's a older motor lodge style and really has not been updated since the 80's. The rooms seem quiet enough but things like peeling wallpaper, cracked toilets and bad tile in the room take down the overall impression. They do a simple basic breakfast so don't expect much.

I had the basic cheapest room, it felt very much like it used to be a small apartment. Nice stall type shower with hot water, clean comfy bed. Only down a star as the fit and finish of the room was not great, though it was functionally great.

The staff was very nice and quickly corrected the mistakes our travel department had made.  The breakfast was sub-par.  The waffles and sausage were tasty, but everything else left something to be desired.  The room was fine, but would have been better with another blanket, either on the bed or available to add to the bed.

Staff here was nice, but the rooms were considerably outdated. The a/c sounded like someone threw quarters in a garbage disposal and the fridge starting howling at me in the middle of the evening. Each night I could listen to the guests above me pace back and forth at 4am. Between my neighbors and the appliances, I felt there was a real chance I would end up on forensic files. I generally prefer less howling and pacing. 

PROS - decent breakfast sausages in the morning

CONS - might get murdered

Very nice for the price. Free breakfast included, waffles, sausages, yogurt, small sweet rolls, small muffins, orange and apple juice, etc. Free local newspaper. Small exercise room. Behind the motel is a small picnic area with tables.
