It's a comfortable place! I feel I have to address the negative reviews to make some clarifications. Someone said it's in a seedy area. Really?? Compared to where, Rodeo Drive?? The area is just fine. The hotel has had some not-so-perfect renovations, but the place is clean. It is not far from the downtown area (like a mile and a half), so the location is convenient for sightseeing. The page says it has a laundry room for guests, but the laundry room has been removed. The page hasn't been updated with that info yet, so I wanted to give you a heads up if you were hoping to do laundry before repacking to check out. Parking spaces are limited, but there is additional parking next door at Taco Bell (double check with the front desk first just in case the policy changes) Other than that, this is a perfectly fine place to stay if you want something clean, comfortable, and affordable.

Super nice price and good access to downtown Greenville. Nothing too fancy, but the A/C was nice and cold and the bed was big, comfy and clean. Room was also nicely furnished and clean. Internet was a bit spotty, water pressure sometimes seemed low. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Is the building showing it's age a bit? Yeah it is ... but really this is a bargain to be had.

Hello I read some of the comments now I have to defend this hotel they are wonderful inside an out if you want a five star go get one every hotel have they issues most of the comments are petty remarks the full staff is great front desk was on point smell good an clean when enter building I think she was housekeeping inspector Ms Stephanie partaking an helping the housekeepers as well as joking with them to bring more smile that's great the kitchen guy wonderful attitude great breakfast yes my family and I will be returning very clean rooms check it out for yourself

The hotel staff was amazing but the hotel not so much.. I'm not sure where to start. The picture quality on the tv was horrible and the volume kept going in and out. The light switch in the bathroom was broke, the bathroom door was beyond dirty, the shower leaked and the baseboards in the bathroom were disgusting!! The light above the sink wouldn't work either.. The only positive thing about this hotel was the staff, the bed and the pillows.. I also did not feel safe in the area as people were walking around looking in vehicles..
