This hotel delivers the chain's intent : a clean, affordable hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and clearly cares about providing guests with a good experience. My room was nice and clean, the carpet floor was clean (no worries about getting your bare feet dirty), bathroom was clean and the shower was good, the air conditioner was one of those space shuttle ones that blast the place to freezing in no time, and most important, the bed was very very comfortable. As advertised, fluffy pillows, clean sheets and a great mattress. The breakfast is nothing fancy but again is as advertised; a quick nutritious start to the day. If I ever go back to LA, I will for sure choose this hotel and I have no qualms about recommending it to others.

Not a bad place to stay. Convenient and centrally located between multiple LA tourist districts. Great for families on vacation. PS they use real eggs for breakfast.

The place needs updating. The rooms were not very clean. The breakfast that was included was great. Good quality food. The other plus was the pool and the awesome service we received from Jesus at the front desk.

Sometimes it's all about the people. I was just staying in LA for a day or so, it was important that i found a place that wasn't to far away from my terminal. I came to quality inn and immediately I was greeted by smiling faces. Within moments I was assisted with my stay and given advice for great places to eat. The front desk made me feel comfortable and important, i was pleasantly surprised. After a long day of dealing with rude and obnoxious people, it was great to feel like someone cared.

Not worth what they charge. Rooms are a little run down. Graffiti carved into the elevators that need some mechanical attention. The place is quiet and the staff is friendly. But it's more like a $40.00 motel than a $100.00 hotel. The place it's ok. It's just not worth $100.00+ per night.
