When we checked in, after paying for our room approximately TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE, I was told that it would cost "$18.00 + tax" to park my car! This information should have been included when we made our reservations! We were from out of town, otherwise, why would we have booked a hotel??? Went up to our room, but the keys wouldn't work & had to go down to the front desk & WAIT AGAIN to get keys that actually worked. Our room was TEENY TINY with one very small (double) bed. (I have a Queen bed, so I know what size it was) & our non-smoking room smelled heavily like someone had been smoking pot in it. Also, the garage elevator is closed between 6:00am & 6:00pm & the only way back into the hotel was through the lobby. Inconvenient! The staff was very helpful & accommodating & upgraded our room to a King-size bed with a small sitting room, at no additional charge. I found the staff very friendly & helpful. However, another downside was that breakfast was served between 6:30am & 9:30am, but check out is at 11:00am. I felt that it was a thinly-disguised attempt to get guests out of the rooms sooner; we skipped it. I won't be staying here again, as even though the staff was very nice, the negatives out-weigh the only positive aspects.+

I spent one night in Seattle recently at this Quality Inn. Staff helpful and friendly. Secure parking. Excellent breakfast choices. Room clean and comfortable. I like Quality Inns in general as constant and breakfast is offered. I took a road trip from Oregon to Texas last October and chose Quality Inn whenever possible

Beds are comfy abd clean. However, it smells moldy and there is black mold above the shower. The windows are filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned on the INSIDE for years, which makes me wonder about other things. You can see and feel layers of dirt and grime.  I do not exaggerate about this! Since the room is so small it’s hard to ignore. Also, our room was not serviced during our over night visit. Office staff was friendly, but did not follow through with cleaning the window,. They did at least bring us coffee when we told them our room wasn’t serviced. We will likely stay elsewhere next time.

To start off with my experience with this hotel was off to a bad start. When arrangements for reservations were made we were supposed to have 2 rooms that were next to each other and connected due to the fact we are on a family vacation. When we arrived not only were our rooms not next to each other but we had to wait 30 minutes after check in to get into the second room, which was on the complete other side of the hotel. Additionally the bathroom in the room I stayed in was extremely small. You either had to leave the door open or lay your knee against it to use the toilet. Along with that the shower did not drain right and the air conditioner would not work and when it did it smelled awful. When we brought up our problems to the staff they were very cold and unaccommodating. The only positive about this place was that it was a 10 minutes walk to the space needle.

We made our annual trip to Seattle and tried out a new hotel. Though the hotel is not new and fancy, the staff are amazing and kind. 
We we're traveling with two police officers (support our Blue) and the team upgraded us to a larger room!! Hospitality is live and well. Thank you Quality Inn Seattle Center.
