Fast and friendly service. Our installer explained everything we wanted to know. He worked quickly and when he was finished for the day, it looked like he was never there. Highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed in their services. Had them fix our upstairs shower drain and they had to come out to fix the same issue 3 times and it is still broken. What is worse is after the third visit we noticed the plumber broke our drain which was replaced only a year ago and put the cover on upside down. Instead of fixing it right, he decided to glue the shower drain cover and did not tell us. Needless to say we need it repaired again with another batch of drywall from our kitchen ceiling replaced again and I refuse to have them come to our house again. They do not work with you when it is their issue.  I do not recommend any type of plumbing work from them unless you like reoccurring visits from them for the same issue.

I found the secretary very friendly and helpful. Maybe they have someone new now? Maybe the person who left the first review was rude to her? My experience was very good. Just saying.

Secretary was so rude that I decided to call someone else.  She forgot I was the customer.
