I work in park city and we were looking for a place that sold parts for pools and of course i looked them up on the internet and so i called them up and this lady her name is Amber and she was not one bit friendly and i spoke to her twice and she had the same ugly attitude(to say the least). Next time we'll just go all the way to salt lake city. Not worth putting up with people like that. They only got our business once! Never again! I didn't believe in what people said about park city people now i see that it is true!

I have used Quality Pool &Spa for a year to take care of my spa they have done a A+ job with the service and if i had a question i know i could call and talk to Amber and get my question answered .i would recommend there service as A+ THANK YOU FOR The Excellent Service . . Richard Scoville

We bought a house with a pool back in February. This is our first pool. Over the summer we needed help on a number of occasions and every pool company we dealt with was a terrible experience. That was until I contacted Amber at Quality Pool & Spa. She was beyond helpful and the service the technician provided was quality too. I will absolutely make Quality Pool & Spa "my" pool company!

We have family coming in town and our spa was not heating, after calling Quality Pool & Spa I was actually able to save money on a service call. The front office was able to utilize her skills to diagnose my issue. I know in the future that if we ever have any other issues with our hot tub I can call them. Thanks Quality team!

This is long, but please read before considering doing business with Quality Pool and Spa....... We had our circuit board go out, so we called for an estimate and to have it fixed. They said they needed our CC # before they could come out and check anything. So trustingly we gave it to them. The guy that came out said he replaced it and everything is good to go. ****They charged our card over $800.**** That was for a circuit board ($200 part) and 15 minutes of labor!! Ridiculous!!! When I called to talk about the charge the office lady yelled at me and said it was my fault and they could charge the account because they send out a form. I reminded her that's not the case, I would have needed to see the form before they charged it! then sign or verbally agree. Right??? I called my bank and they said it was fraudulent charges the way Quality Pool handled it. I called back and the office lady said "oh it was a mistake, I charged you double for the part." Still not happy... she said "oh I over charged" We ended up paying $400!! That's not all....... After opening the pool cover twice it went out again. When we called the tech he said he was too busy and to go buy another one. We would get the credit for the old one. My husband bought the board and replaced it. The board the tech put in looked very old and had dust on it. Obviously not new!! Finding out the circuit board the tech put in didn't seal it off. I went into Quality Pool and Spa to get my credit and take back the board the tech put in. (went in because of the way the office manager deals with people over the phone). When I told her we knew the job was contracted out and we specifically asked that it not be all she said was "you weren't suppose to know it was contracted out." She kept the board and left Derek a message. When Derek called me back he once again said it was our fault and we got water on it and the dust was from sitting in the tech's truck. I reminded him it was a pool and water is all around!!! It took a lot to get him to agree it was not our fault and we deserved a refund. He screamed at me and had the worst customer service ever!! The only way he would refund our money is if the tech gave up his pay. I felt bad. The tech told me the labor would be $80. Derek charged me $160, so he doubled it!! When I asked Derek about this he just yelled and said I would have to pay that. It took about 3 weeks to hear anything. When we finally did we saw they CHARGED us $200!!! Not refunded. I called and of course Derek used unprofessional language and tone. I told him they need to figure this out and someone needs to learn their job. It's not right to charge people unexpectedly. He said they'd been doing it for 30 yrs and it has to be processing. Well... when I finally received the statement I say they actually did charge my account and not credit it. They place blame on anyone but themselves. They don't take accountability and they lie! I understand that business owners need to make money especially in times like these, but going about dishonestly and having bad customer service is not the way... at least in my book. Give your business to someone who deserves it! Derek probably wrote the good review below mine. I am going to the Better Business Bureau and I encourage everyone else to do so!!
