Everyone I spoke with was polite and very informative. They helped me get a co-pay of $5.00 for my medication which was extremely expensive. And they always had my medication sent out to me a week before my medication ran out. Very professional and I would highly recommend this company to anyone with costly medication needs.

Drug pushers! Constantly calling to see if your ready for a refill long before you need one. Have to give your info out only to be transferred to another person & start again EVERY time. Then challenging you to see if you're taking enough of your meds? Really? Oh & asking what should I tell the pharmacist if he asks. I could see if I took it too fast but not fast enough come on. This is between me & my Dr no business of yours. If you want to have good customer service get better computer software to remember phone #'s & pull up info. Take notes on the account to avoid the same questions over & over. There's a difference between reminding not to forget & invasion of privacy.
