Hospitality is extremely poor! Front desk clerk (Frank) had his feet on the desk when we arrived. Overbooked our room and became irate when I challenged his level off honesty after he gave us two different reasons that our room was no longer available. After traveling 4+ hours, we had to find another hotel to accommodate us at 2 o'clock in the morning! Not located in the nicest area either. Sketchy neighborhood!!! Sketchy hotel staff member!!!

Not sure what everyone else is talking about....... I have stayed at many choice hotels and this Quality Inn is very nice The hotel has recently been renovated and smells like new carpet. THERE ARE NO BED BUGS Today was 95 degrees and the AC is working perfect. Room is spacious, clean and looks nice and new. Staff was friendly and patient Hotel is located right off of I-95, but you can't hear any traffic (it's rush hour right now). If you are reading this I hope that was helpful as this hotel should be getting better reviews than it is.

My family was very pleased with our stay. Some of the reviews made me nervous, but none of the problems listed were concerns. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly as we checked in very late at night. Our room was well maintained and very clean. Everything looked new or well kept within our room, the breakfast area, pool area, and main lobby. We had an issue with our remote suddenly not working. When we brought it to the attention of the hotel's front desk, the problem was addressed and resolved immediately. The hot breakfast was very good and was better than another Choice hotel we had stated in a couple weeks ago in PA. I was really impressed that the pool and exercise rooms were open early (6a.m. to 10) and had numerous signs to encourage good hygiene as well as private men's and women's handicapped accessible bathrooms each with a shower stall.

Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk (I think his name was Marcus) was super personable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He provided us with a lot of helpful tips about the area and certain places that we had been inquiring about dining at. We really liked him. We've stayed at many hotels over the years and often, the front desk staff are not nearly as friendly and helpful as Marcus was! We found it necessary to visit the front desk around 8:30 Friday night as the HVAC unit was not functioning properly. It was warm out, and the unit was not producing enough cold air to keep the room comfortable. However, the gentleman that came up to our room to assist us (may have been the owner or MOD) told us that the inner window curtains, which overhang the HVAC unit, were interfering with the unit's thermostat, causing the unit air to shut off before it reached the programmed temperature. He helped us solve the problem by pushing the curtains back off the unit. One other odd thing, though, is that the room was literally slanting downward. The floor was on a slant! We were on the top floor (3rd) and the last room down the hallway, near the south end of the building. I think it was room 301 or 313. The floor is sinking away from the wall and is on a downward slant. That was a strange and somewhat uncomfortable feeling, and the floor creaked in some areas when you walked across it! While we didn't utilize the swimming pool, we did visit the pool room area and it was TINY and dated-looking in appearance.

This establishment has easy access to I95, beach, shopping, & restaurants. Provided me and my family a comfortable & clean place to stay. I will definitely return on my next visit.
