The Quality Distribution Center has trucks making deliveries to customers in the tri-state area as well as transferring product to five branch locations, which can then provide the product to customers. The Quality Distribution Center has an extensive inventory of products therefore offering most customers next day delivery. The highly automated computer tracking systems and quality control procedures have allowed the Quality Warehouse to achieve a 99.7% order fill rate.
