Love this place! The vibe, the food and just the love the two partners who run this have put into the place. We chanced upon this place and we are so happy we did. The food is unique, prepared with such love and the passion for the place shines through. We loved everything we ate and the scone was to die for! Wow! What a FABULOUS place!!!! This restaurant is all vegan, alcohol free, and gluten free! What a wonderful addition to our community!!! My friend and I split the following delicious menu items:  drinks— Strawberry Rose Mule & Pineapple Ginger Beer  appetizer— Summer Rolls so yummy! these had a big chunk of fresh, sweet mango in them!  meal— Green Goddess Roll & Umami Roll these were both so stellar, creative, and generous portion sizes  desserts— Strawberry Lime Cheesecake & Chocolate Coffee Haupia Pudding.  the inside of the restaurant is so cute, the owners were just so kinda and welcoming, and I love everything that they stand for!  in addition, they source tons of local ingredients & have a progressive pride flag!!  note: this is a cash-less restaurant!

Can I eat Quantum Leaf sushi every day please? We were blown away by how good this food was.. even the rice in the sushi was the best rice I’ve ever had. Kyla & Xander, you can feed me any day! Lovely environment, cozy space, amazing people, & crave-worthy food. 11/10 from me!

I have eaten here twice now and have a great experience both times.   Veggie roll and the spicy jackfruit roll are both amazing. We manage to try three dessserts and I can't decide which is my favorite. The strawberry cheesecake is fabulous. Everything on the menu is vegan and gluten free. For a nice relaxing evening where you can savour these delicate, delcious and healthy foods....give this place a try. I know I will be going back to try more items from their menu!!!

Absolutely love this place! Bham is already a pretty vegan-friendly town but being able to go to a restaurant and not have to worry about what I’m going to get is such a wonderful feeling! I’m also on a sober journey and being able to enjoy the flavors of drinks without the alcohol is just the ~chefs kiss~ to the whole meal. Picked them as my birthday dinner spot!

Gorgeous and creative vegan brunch. Savory miso oatmeal with kimchi that's almost like congee. And avo toast with Just Egg, sprouts, and a fantastic crab-like jackfruit in a festive dynamite sauce. Jackfruit is versatile, but can be tricky to do well. They hit it out of the park.

I have been here a few times now and have loved it! The non-alcoholic drinks and all of the food is so delicious. I've tried three different sushi rolls, a bowl cant remember name, and the poke bowl and they were all so good. The restaurant is also such a cute space, and the owners are so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend Quantum Leaf if you're looking for a great dinner experience!

No one told me how incredible the vegan food scene is in Bellingham, orI might have moved here!  Quantum Leaf is an absolute gem that vegans and non-vegans will love. How do I know? Because my meat and potatoes partner LOVED this place as much as I did!  The alcohol free cocktails are the perfect way to start the meal...and end it. I took some of their non-alcoholic wine back to the resort with me!  We had the poke nachos to start. I could have ordered a large, just ate these, and would be raving about this place! The vegan  fish from zeastar I believe is outstanding! We also got a couple rolls. Both delicious! My ONLY complaint is that they were a little too big so I couldn't get an entire piece, with all the flavors, in my mouth at one time.  I think this place is owned and operated by a couple, the only 2 working where we could see. They definitely put a lot of passion and love into their food and service.  We'll be back!

I’m not gluten free or vegan, in fact, I have no dietary restrictions at all. But the food is so delicious, unique and quality that it’s absolutely worth spending money on. It’s great to have healthier options when it comes to eating out. Options that are both healthy, thoughtful, and genuinely delicious are literally all I could ask for! There has not been a single thing on the menu that I haven’t enjoyed. Thanks for starting this place!
