My brother, his girlfriend, and I came here about a week or 2 ago and it was very fun, we enjoyed it, but the customer service was absolutely AWFUL. After we left I noticed that my debit card had been charged twice so the next day I called and asked for a refund to which they said yes. Later I checked my bank account again to see if I had gotten the refund yet, but instead my card had been charged a third time. So at this point they had charged my card for 3 $42 payments. Next day I called them again telling them that they had charged my card again instead of refunding me. They told me that their banking person wasn’t at work currently, but they were coming in about 30 minutes and they would call me back then. I waited all day and never got any call back so I left a voicemail. Next day after that I waited for them to return my voicemail, but no one called so I ended up calling them again. When I started talking to one of the employees on the phone he said “Oh yeah, I saw a note about this”, he saw a note about it, but yet no one did anything about it until I called. While I was on the phone I told him that since they had charged me so many times my bank account overdrafted from my savings and charged me a fee of $12 and he said they would refund me for that as well as the $86 they already owed me. A day later I checked my account to see if the refund was there yet, but I had only gotten half the refund so I had to call for the fourth time I believe to get the other half of the refund. I never got the $12 and I honestly just gave up because I was very tired and annoyed of talking to the employees. The customer service ruined the whole experience for me and I will not be returning.

awesome trampoline park that also has a few arcade games and inflatables for toddlers. but toddlers can also jump around on the main area which is great! i would also say this is a good price for what they habe, even with buying their socks per visit. they also have deals on groupon pretty often which is perfect if you wanna save some money

The employees need to be more assertive. After I paid, the employees at the front counter left me waiting for my change for 10 minutes. I saw a couple kids get hurt on the trampolines and the employees did not respond. It seems like they do not have the proper training. I'm not sure, but I highly doubt the employees are trained in first aid. Other than the lack of properly trained employees, I had a nice time at their facility. The bounce house section is a nice touch. Even with a large crowd, the facility was well kept/clean. Would I go back? Absolutely, I just hope to see the employees act more assertive.

We went here for a birthday party. Just getting in took forever. There was forms you had to feel out which I think asked for way to much information, ecspecially when you have a birthday party with multiple children. They need a better process for that. The host of the party had to pay the same price for my 28 month old as the older kids! I think toddlers should be free with a paying adult, or at least a discounted price. They has it advertised that military gets one free admission a month or something like that, but instead just gave my husband a 20% discount. The fact that parents have to pay to be able to help our 2 year old manuver the place is crazy! The price the host had to pay to get in was even more crazy when I learned your only allowed to play for a set amount of time. This place just seemed money hungry.

This is an amazing place to take family and friends. They have great employees. And you can have a party there. Good clean building go there.
