REPOST FOR LEGAL REASONS::

I went to jail the other night but was released with a court date AND CHARGED WITH HARASSMENT OVER  FACEBOOK COMMENTS. IS THIS REAL???
 I was a childish witch to this "woman" on facebook. So she sought me out. Parked her car at a local restaurant and roamed the desert until she found where i was camped. I Woke up to her standing over my boyfriend and I. My dog barking woke us. Then she attacked me.  I am pregnant. I called police for help. The police arrested both of us. While detained at the quartzsite police station my attacker was shown "special" treatment while i was treated far worse. I was handcuffed behind my back in the backseat of cruiser. She was not. She was transported in front seat of cruiser, uncuffed, and on her phone. I was held in cell with chair taken away and no running water. She was held in police officers office; where they laughed and talked together. She was allowed to use her phone. She was actually on her phone while she she walked from the police cruiser to police station. I on the other hand was handcuffed behind my back and roughly guided and shoved into a cell. This is before both police officers and my attacker disappeared into the police station for several minutes before coming back and getting me. I was taunted and ridiculed by police. the police told me that I was not pregnant and to shut up and sit down. They refused to allow me to make a phone call and took my phone away.  I was released with a ticket and a court date and so was she. They released my attacker and myself back on the street together. I repeat. She did not go to jail.
